New MerchantTrack Experience: Pulse
We’re pleased to share an important update: On June 23, 2026, MerchantTrack will evolve into Pulse, a modernized platform designed to enhance how you manage payments and reporting.

What’s Changing (and What Isn’t)
While the look and feel are refreshed, everything you rely on remains the same. Your familiar navigation, comprehensive reporting suite, and all payment management features continue to work seamlessly.

A Smooth Transition
More importantly – No action is needed from you! Your existing bookmarks and links will automatically direct you to Pulse, so your workflows continue without interruption. It’s simply an upgrade—not a change in how you work.

Desktop Application Administrators
If your team uses the netPark Desktop Application and regularly accesses MerchantTrack rather than utilizing the built-in netPark Pay Reconciliation Report and netPark Pay Funding Summary Report, a BETA version of the updated Desktop Application is available now which will continue to allow access to the new Pulse portal.

A broader rollout for the updated app is planned for late Q3 2026.

netPark Browser Direct URL Users
Accessing Pulse through a direct URL within your browser is unaffected and will continue to work as expected.
