eParking.us Not Loading for Some Clients

Resolved

After continued monitoring throughout the weekend and follow-ups with all clients who initially reported issues accessing the eparking.us domain and Hosted Credit Card forms, we believe this issue has been resolved. This conclusion is based on positive client feedback and the absence of any additional reports over the weekend.

We appreciate our clients’ patience during this investigation and would like to thank those who assisted by providing detailed information and coordinating directly with various Internet Service Providers to help reach a resolution.

We will continue to monitor the situation. If any customers report continued access issues, please collect the specific ISP or cellular provider involved and notify our team so we can follow up directly with the appropriate provider.

Problem Identified

As of 9:37 AM EST, we are receiving positive reports that T-Mobile customers are now able to access the eParking.us page and the associated credit card forms.

We are continuing to work with multiple ISPs and are following up with affected clients to confirm whether any issues persist. This ticket will remain open and status updates will continue to be posted until we are confident the issue has been fully resolved.

We appreciate your continued patience as we work toward a full resolution.

Problem Identified

We are continuing to work with various ISP’s to restore full access to the eparking.us domain across the board, including numerous high-level tickets opened with various ISP’s and cell providers. We are continuing to see improvements across the board with client access but the issue remains ongoing.

We continue to recommend collecting information from clients related to their ISP/Cellular Provider, so that we can continue to make sure that all affected customers can get resolved.

We will continue to provide updates via this Update until this issue is resolved entirely.

Problem Identified

We are beginning to get reports that Comcast customers are beginning to see services restored. If your facility utilizes Comcast or they are a major provider in your area, you should be seeing access to eparking.us restored. We are continuing to work with additional ISP’s to get these issues resolved and will post updates as we have them until all systems are operational.

Problem Identified

Some users on Cox, Comcast, and T-Mobile (other providers may also be affected but have yet to be confirmed across multiple locations) may be unable to access services that rely on “eParking.us” due to an external DNS block. The domain was incorrectly flagged by a third-party CDN (Content Delivery System) provider, and we are actively working with both the ISPs and the CDN vendor to have it removed as soon as possible.

This issue may present itself as: Online payment forms failing to load during reservation prepay, Internal manual credit card entry forms not loading, or an inability to access eparking.us and related services.

Temporary workarounds, such as changing local DNS settings to Google Public DNS (Or ISP-specific DNS that circumvents their public DNS) or disabling online prepay, may restore access in some cases.

This issue is under active investigation and is our top priority.
