Card Processing Degraded
Credit card processing should be back up for all clients. If you continue to experience issues please call or email support.
Credit card processing is coming back up across all merchants. If you continue to have any issues processing, please let us know via email or by calling in to emergency support.
The service is beginning to come back online. Processing may still not be fully functional yet, but it may be possible to start processing payments again.
Update: There appears to be an outage with one of the services that WorldPay provides. We’re currently awaiting additional details.
It seems at this point that processing is out for all clients. We’re currently awaiting status updates from our processor. We’ll provide details as we are made aware.
Some clients are experiencing issues when attempting to process cards. We’re looking into the problem and will update the status as we figure out more.
