Service Notice: Phone System Disruption

As of 6:50PM EST, the netPark phone system service has been restored and all systems are operating normally. Our provider is continuing to monitor services and should services go down again, a new status message will be posted.

Problem Identified

The netPark phone system is currently experiencing a service disruption. Our provider is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution; however, no firm ETA for restoration has been provided at this time.

This issue does not affect the functionality of the netPark system in any way — all software and processing services are operating normally.

Please email support@netpark.us for all support needs until phone services are fully restored.
