Problem Identified

We have identified that an Intermediate certificate that the self park devices were to access netPark has expired. We’re reviewing the best method forward. Reservation websites are also being affected by the issues as well.

Assessed

We’re currently experiencing an issue with the on-site NIMs that manage the communication between netPark and the Self Park devices. This issue appears to be consistent across all of the NIMs. At this point we understand what the issue is, but it may take some time to rectify. We will update this status as we have new information.
