Everything is back online and fully functioning. We’re still reviewing logs to find out what triggered the initial outage. We hope to be able to provide some additional details in the coming days. If you notice an issues, please contact support@netpark.us.

Investigating

All of the sites are currently back up in a read-only state at the moment. No content changes are able to be made but customers should be able to manage their loyalty accounts and book reservations again. There may still be momentary outages as we continue to research this issue.

Investigating

We’re currently reviewing an issue with one of our plugins that has caused the websites to go offline (and which briefly took netPark itself offline). We’re hoping to have a fix in place here shortly to bring all of the sites back.
